The reception staff. I had been traveling since Sunday with little sleep and they insisted upon a 30 euro payment on Wednesday morning before 11:30am. I had dollars and offered to give them $500 and my passport to hold so that I could sleep and then change money and pay the 30 euros. They refused due to policy. Completely unreasonable and mean. The receptionist started screaming at me. I had to argue to use the bathroom in my room before going to find a bank. Then they didn't perform the wake up call and I nearly missed my next flight.
rooms were clean and tidy
staff at front desk were not helpfull in any way and very abrupt
close to central station, reception staff & house keeping staff was very helpful, nice rooms, TV with international programs
Huge No-Go is that you have to leave your key card at the reception every time you leave to hotel, but not once was I asked for my name or whatever when they gave me the card back. Literally everyone could have stepped into my room without anyone noticing. Change this!!!
The hotel was close to the Centrale railway station with tidy room and friendly staff.
location was very good!
My second time at the hotel. This time the receptionists weren't polite and friendly enough.
The rooms were spacious, and the hotel itself was quite nice - except the location and all that was outside the hotel...
The hotel is located between the railway and a street with a tram line. My window was facing the street, it had no shutters, so I could have full impression about the tram traffic, frequency of the garbage trucks and ambulance cars in the city of Milan every morning from 5 AM.
Be near the central train station
The night hotel staff was not that friendly and motivied, small room and poor buffet breakfast for a 4* hotel. Conclusion: this is Hotel could be more a 2* or a even a 3* hotel but never a 4* hotel.People be carefull choosing this hotel!!!
better photos inside rooms
i was appalled that the reception on the television only worked for the sky channels which you had to pay extra for, the normal channels that i would normally watch like CNN were fuzzy.
