Very convenient, good price,

good location near metro and tram station

The hotel is situated right beside a metro station which is very handy for getting around the city. Within 5 minutes by foot you can reach a great shopping street, Corso Vercelli, and around the hotel there are lots of places to eat, and also to enjoy aperitivi.The beds were comfy and the breakfast fine.

The tv channels were minimal, and there is no wifi in the rooms. It could do with a substantial refurbishment.

Location was the only good thing about this hotel. Metro station was one minute away and the area offered a decent choice of caffes and bars.

We tried to check in earlier than the stated time of 14:00 but were refused as the room was not ready. O.K, so we went for a walk but when we returned we was informed that the room was still not ready and eventually were able to get into the room at 15:10. The wait was not worth it! The very small room had orange carpet ( i think), me and my partner couldn't decide because of loads of dirt on it (room 104).Throught the door I could smell a cigaret smell. TV didn't work for one night of stay.Breakfast was basic.Glad we've stayed at hotel no more than 2 days!
