Location of the Hotel is excellent, it was noce to relax next to Nile river.
Room was not very clean, and hotel staff were not very profesional. But it was simillar in other hotels in Egypt.
Nothing we paid for 4 days and only stayed for 3. We left early.
For the rate you charged it was not value for money. Nescafe for breakfast and if you wanted decent coffee you had to pay? The spa was disgraceful as even of you had a massage you had to pay for use of the sauna and steam. Massages where far too expensive. I thought the hotel was overpriced and did not deserve it's 5 star status. A real 80's package deal hotel.I have stayed in hotels all over the world and was very disappointed. No free wi fi access which is essential to businessmen. I will not stay in your hotel again. I left the hotel a day early and went to stay at the Al Moudira which was amaziung. We had free wifi access and three of us had massages and use of the hammam for 2 hours and only paid 800 egyptian pounds in total.
Good hotel, central, on the Nile and staff is professional. All works, all is clean.
Very nice hotel.
Like most hotels in Egypt, the pools close at sunset.
location in the city
Excellent hotel. Beautifull rooms. The food is for Egyptian standards very good. Nice swimmingpool with a greatl view on the NIle. Good atmosphere, perfect way of relaxing after a busy trip in Luxor and the beautifull surroundings of Luxor. One kilometres from Luxor Temple and cenrum Luxor.
I can't think of anything.
not much. the registration staff acted like they could have cared less. they were not very helpful. the room was dingy, carpeting along the walls especially. The Italian restaurant did not make us feel very welcomed.
Location and room.
The room was clean, modern and large. There are many restaurants. Location is central. Pool and gym are in good condition.
Staff are disinterested in helping individual (non group tour) customers. There's a hauteur and indeifference among front desk staff. Door to terrace of hotel room was broken and would not lock. That's a safety hazard. I asekd twice to either have it fixed or be moved. I was told I could only move rooms if I paid a $40 supplement. No one ever fixed the lock. Also, I was overbilled for minibar.
Location wise was good
Yes, the thing is that I have stayed at the first floor in to a city side it was very noisy people using car horn all the time.
