The heating was effective and the breakfast was good and promptly delivered at the time requested. The receptionist was friendly and helpful.
I had trouble getting hot water in the shower. The tea and coffee tray took up a great deal of the desk space.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, without being stifling.
The noise! Really busy location and there was noise from the street below until about 4am.
I did not like this hotel at all.
THe location of the hotel is excellent. I arrived at Oxford late in the evening and took only 10 minutes to get from the central bus station to the hotel. I lived on the 3rd floor, so it was quite enough, although the was facing the George street. Anyway I used earplugs). This hotel is perfect for the short stay!
The room was not clean enough, noise from the street
Clean, close to bus station, a little noisy, adequate for an overnight stay
Nothing in particular
convenience to town centre
Comvemiemnt locati to the centre of Oxford. Cleanliness of ther room
The bathroom floor was very slipery and coudl eb a danger for an elderly perosn. Also the staircase was slippery anmd itripped down a few starisa t teh bottom.
I only booked the hotel, my colleague who actually stayed said the hotel was comfortable, and services good
the bar and the reception make you feel welcome
rooms small & could do with fresh lick of paint. Breakfast minimal & served in next-door restaurant! Not good value for price
