Ok for the price
Price, proximity to transportation, grocery stores, breakfast
Room was tiny, no AC no fan, neighbourhood is unattractive, service could be much better
The room was tiny with rat running around, the staff was so rude, except Mr. Hassan he was a great guy. Useless elevating system.
Breakfast was fine.
Reception is located 1st floor, and guests must be there without lift.
For the purpose of my stay the location was ok.
cleanliness in the breakfast room and part of the staff were not friendly enough.
Breakfast the only good part as well as the distance of hotel close to the Hauptbahnhof.
Did not like area, stairs to lobby difficult with luggage. Room given in noisy part of 1st floor. Too close to kitchen for example and noise first thing in the morning. Complained about noise from room above continuing to 1:30 a.m. but no action taken other than to make it my responsibility to go to room causing noise which I found disturbing having myself worked in the hotel industry this is not how we would have handled a noise complaint from a guest. Would not recommend hotel.
Close to train station
A lot of stairs and located in a redlight street. Confort and quality of a two stars hotel.
Friendly and supportive staff. Reception sometimes too noisy.(TV) and Kitchen staff.
No or hesitant support for Luggage from the entrance to the reception and room!!!
Location: close to train station and bus station. Easy to go everywhere
If you are with children, there are some sexi shop in the area. Safe area
The rooms were small, but nice. The breakfast was not as good as in most German hotels.

It was very central, yust a few minutes till train station and city center
