Rooms were big. Nice view
More comfortable beds and updated bathrooms and quicker to get hot water!
Old but maintained
Staff was friendly and accommodating. Food was okay but there was too many options that were mediocre. Good location and enough Uber’s in the area.
I would have preferred less food options if they were done well. I would have liked USB ports in the room.
My stay was alright.
The staff were friendly.
I thought my room was outdated. The location wads a bit far from the scene like the night market and other point of interest. However, the night market walkable about 30 mins away and there are food stalls just a block from the hotel as well.
okay stay only
mold in showers, room smelled of smoke and asked for non smoking. it was busy as it was full moon festival which was understandable
Location of the hotel was good and close to airport, shopping areas, etc.
The rooms conditions is shabby and old. Hotel has already redesigned couple of their floors and they could have placed us in new rooms, which were available but they were asking for addition cost.
The staff was friendly, without fail there will always someone attending to you wheb the moment you walked into the hotel
The hotel is too far from the night bazaar
It was a good value for money. At 1450 Baht for per night a superior and spacious room was excellent value for money.
Very helpfull staff, clean room and good breakfast selection.
Just outside the inner city, so have to take everytime a tuktuk. Not a big problem as there is always on waiting infront of the hotel.
Very good value for money; rooms are large, newly renovated and very clean. Service and English speaking capacity very good.
They could actually inject a bit of more life into the hotel bar area (very quiet and poorly attended)
very friendly staff
with regards to language ... english ... it was a little difficult to make one self understood
ambiance and good decorations
staff are informative.
no mosquito repelent
