These people at Residencial Triunfo are robbers and thieves! Don't go there! Spend some more money but save your belongings. We were required to pay the stay in advance and they did't issue any document for the payment. The last day of our stay we packed our baggage and went out to have breakfast. In two hours or so we went back to the hostel, picked the luggage and left for Coimbra. At the hotel of Coimbra we found that my sisters's Prada handy was missing and my Carolina Herera Chic perfume, too. don't go there! Never!
The location, very close to the town center. Friendly and helpfull staff.
It was impossible to communicate: nobody speak english, portugase only.
The owners are kind and helpful. The location is good to visit the city centre and only 10 min walk to the Ribera.
The only bad thing about our stay was the noise, the room was facing the street and it was very noisy all night long.
They have big rooms with a good bethroom and a great shower.
It was dirty. The sheets and the blanket were also dirty. The towels smelt fry. The location was quite dangerous.
The location of the hotel is very convinient, close to the central station and good for exploring the city by foot. Rooms were basic, but clean with fresh towels daily and hot showers.
Very friendly staff, clean, located in the city centre.
Very good location, right in the heart of the Porto. At small quiet street at the same time. Nice view from the room.
The location was great, very close to all the tourist attractions
Kind and hospitable people, clean room with a great view, central location.
The owner of the residence was very friendly and helped us.
