THE HOTEL WITHOUT NOTICE CHARGED MY CARD EXTRA $54.95 FOR EACH DAY THE DAY *AFTER* MY STAY WITH THEM SINCE THEY HAVE MY CARD INFO ON TOP OF THE $100 DEPOSIT THEY ASKED AT THE COUNTER. IF I DIDNT CALL THEM later FOR CLARIFICATION THEY MIGHT JUST CHARGE THE MONEY. ALSO ONE OF THE ROOM WAS JUST A MAKESHIFT ROOM WITH PORTABLE AIR CONDITIONER SINCE THE AC OF THE ROOM WAS BROKEN AND THEY STILL CHARGE FOR FULL PRICE.

The hotel is extremely old and dingy. The air conditioner barley worked.

My bed mattress was very used and sunk in the center making it hard to sleep without waking up stiff.

Nothing. Never was able to experience hotel because rooms were oversold. There were no rooms left in Boston.
In my email I searched for confirmation that I was completely reimbursed for this room which was never available. And I could not find the confirmation that this room was reimbursed hundred percent back to me. I will never book a hotel through Kayak or their 3rd parties again! Very disappointed!
Great location at a great rate. Very close to the T station.
Reception was awful. No greeting or pleasantries, we were not even told where to find the elevator.

The shower was funky, the last day the water was a little bit cold. Also, when you opened the water it would come out through all the pipes, bottom pipe, shower head and fhe hand held shower head it was odd not necessarily an issue besides the cold water

Very dated. Old windows that don't filter street noise even on 6th floor. Worst of all is their ridiculous cancellation policy of 72 hours prior to arrival. They wouldn't waive this even though I had just reserved online 50 min before. This place is an overpriced dump!
