The hotel is very suitable for families with children. They have family rooms with four beds, various kids clubs, safe swimming pools and a lot of activities to keep your kids busy so that you can enjoy your holiday as well. The hotel is excellent for families with younger and older children. There are many facilities on the hotel territory, such as a diving centre, shops, tour agencies, numerous swimming pools, etc. The food offered in the all inclusive or half board packages is not of course not of Michelin star quality, but nevertheless good and varied. Certainly good value for money.
The hotel offers a private beach, which is good. The only problem is that the water is so shallow that you have to walk a kilometre or so through the sea or on a jetty to reach the reef where swimming is possible. A sandy beach would be more comfortable.
Spasious Family Room was the only thing we liked about this Hotel.
1. most rude and unfriendly hotel staff in every department, 2. worst food we ever experience in a hotel, 3. massive (long walks) tiled hotel areas, 4. ugly beach and sea infront of hotel, 5. most guests were tour operator type of clients
I liked the all inclusive package, we didn't have to worry about money and food and there were a lot of activities.
It was a bit isolated.
