Felt extremely unsafe. Drug dealers and prostitutes everywhere. Never checked in
.The bathroom/toilet looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned for the past several guests. Our non-smoking roomed has clearly been a smoking room; rather than moving us they gave us a deodorizing spray
Sleeping in the ghetto
It was inexpensive.
You get what you pay for. Domestic fight in the parking lot the first night. Toilet not fixed to the floor. Door didn’t open well with keycard. 2car load of men fight in the parking lot the last night. Like sleeping in the ghetto.
Room had not been cleaned. Housekeeping and front desk staff are rude.
Booked a trip to celebrate our 10th anniversary. Have stayed at Days Inn many times before so I felt confident in choosing it . I was terribly disappointed. When we walked into the lobby it was dirty and there was a guy sleeping on the couch. When we finally got checked in and went to the room, it only got worse. After waiting an additional 30 minutes for the room to be cleaned when we should have been able to check in according to the hotel 's check in time, things only got worse! The room was filthy, the window painted over with some white foggy stuff, there was glass in the sink and the overhead light did not work. We called the manager who said she could move us to a different room. We packed up and moved and it was barely any better...room filthy, phone did not work...I could go on and on. The whole place was nasty....I mean everywhere....outside, inside,....the elevator, rooms, office, pool area! I would never stay there again....probably never at Days Inn again!!!
Bugs, bathtubs didn't drain right, toilet leaked. toilet didn't flush correctly, noise from other rooms alllllllll night which nothing was done about because those "guests" live there. Pretty sure we watched a couple drug deals in parking lot. First overnight/morning desk clerk was decent, second was very rude. Poor was dirty and nasty, elevator was dirty and stank badly. No accomadations were made or my mother who is currently handicapped. Will not ever stay here again, and I'm in Gulfport frequently.
Friendly front desk staff.
Dirty bathroom, uncomfortable bed, GIANT ROACH IN BED.
Sheets had not been changed from previous guest tu
Day front clerk very friendly and helpful
Won't go back
I witnessed drug deals in the parking lot twice. I got locked out of my room every time I left it and had to have the desk clerk come and open my door cause none of the keys they gave me would work. The bath tub was clogged up and had grit on the bottom.
Housekeeping & their cart was extremely noisy between 7am-9am. When we go on vacation we stay up / out late & would like to sleep late. All this very loud noise kept us from doing so. It didn't matter that we had a sign on our door. The housekeeping cart itself was loud as a freight train.
SUPERB ALL AROUND!
TO THE MANAGEMENT OF DAYS INN IN GULFPORT, MISSISSIPPI AND ALL THE HELPFUL STAFF;- Dear Friends, Family, and "all y'all" in the USA who helped make my stay such a pleasant event this year! My stay at the Days Inn from November 4 until the 16th was complimented by a very attentive Manager who saw that all needs were met- including repetitive requests (that became nearly daily) for a late breakfast with fresh coffee (and/or tea), croissant pastries, toast with jam, and even biscuits with southern style gravy! Always prepared to call a taxi cab for my transportation needs, and arrival that I could set my watch by- life was made easier by the management and service staff of the DAYS INN in GULFPORT MISSISSIPPI!
The hotel was off the road in a quiet location.
The hotel elevators were grossly dirty as well as the refrigerator in the room.
