Nice and clean. We got last floor room that was very nice, though not equipped with enough space to arrange clothes.
Not very large, but clean and comfortable room with a large rooftop terrace. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We could not return home as planned due to a general strike in Spain, and they helped a lot with rebooking our flight and arranging everything. With their help we had another nice day in Granada instead of waiting a day and a night at the airport.
The lady at the front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful. The hotel was well situated within walking distance of the cathedral.
It took us over an hour to find the hotel. The Google map wasn´t very clear and the road works meant that some roads were closed off. It was also a pity that there were no facilities for breakfast.
excellent hotel staff, cleanliness of room, location
size of the room is very small and bad soundproofing
moderately convenient location for visiting the older areas of Granada, with pleasant staffpersons
I still dont understand what happened with my booking - I ended up paying 95 euros for a second night stay in what was supposed to be a triple room, but instead it was a double they chose to bill at the triple rate. Attempts for a rational explanation led to learning that they sold the third bed to someone else for the night and moved it out of the room, but since I had agreed to pay for it, even though I did not get the bed, I still had to pay the charge. So I feel rather cheated. If my friend had arrived, where exactly was she going to sleep, and they did not know she was going to not show up.
Comfortable, quiet, nice patio, relatively close to the things we wanted to do.
The room was small, but clean, and the area was quiet. The air conditioner worked well and the beds were firm and very comfortable. We could easily walk to the Alhambra in about 30 minutes. The staff had a map to give us, and advise, that helped us get around.
Parking was tight, but our car was too big. We thought we were going to drive a smaller car. Still, we got in and out of the garage just fine.
There is nothing very bad about this hotel. It is reasonably located, and cheap. If you are not the type to spend much time in the hotel then this is a perfectly acceptable option.
There is construction on either side (Apr 07). Can be a bother if you want to sleep in. Smell of sewage in the bathroom. Not overpowering, but enough to be noticed. Obviously the pipes need work in this hotel.
Very friendly staff, good location, good price.
Beds were comfortable and rooms well equiped, but the bathroom in one of our rooms (we had three) had a foul smell. You need to figure out how to improve ventilation in bathrooms with internal location.
The price and location were both good
The room was on a small street and even though noise from the street was quite rare it was loud.
