location was spot on for bars and shops.
staff very good and a really good breakfast.
Nothing, place was a dump!
Getting charged £10.00 deposit for TV remote control. Full breakfast, should mean Full Breakfast, not 1 Egg, 1 Bacon, 1 Potato Scone, Tomato and Beans - no sausages or black pudding :(
Breakfast & Hotel staff helpfulness
the stairs going up to the front door and the number of doors you need to walk through to get to a room
Location. Plenty hot water
No tv remote...never got much sleep breakfast not up to much..Room was freezing windows need replaced. No t safe
The location to main shopping and travel locations
a bit worn out
Breakfast, facilities in room
Shared facilities quite dirty. Staff at reception not very welcoming upon arrival
The room and breakfast
Even with the vouchers available to buy, parking was difficult to find- .Too much like a rabbit warren, The price and breakfast were good, but it was more of an upperclass hostel than hotel/guest-house..
my room was not only very clean, but all its facilites appeared to be new or fairly new
all doors in the Hotel seemed to shut with a 'bang' which caused disturbed sleep at night
the food was all right
the room was shoddy, the furniture was decrepit, the bathroom facilities were filthy, and the staff were particularly unhelpful
