I didn't like how slow the process was to check in and then when I checked in they told me my room wasn't ready. They did do a good job at finding me another one, it took longer than it should have but they did find me a new one, but once I got up to my room it happen to be near the room I was suppose to get and I then realized why my room wasn't ready. It was because the maids were too busy taken selfies of themselves in the room I was suppose to get. Here's another reason why this process frustrated me. It was the night before my wedding and I was needed to get to the venue and I was late due to my room not being ready and I really couldn't help but feel my room would have been ready if the maids weren't goofing off and taking selfies of themselves. My experience wasn't pleasant as I had hoped.
Breakfast was decent.
Construction was going on the whole time I was there, so sleeping past 6am wasn't possible. The room wasn't stocked properly and getting clean towels took an act of Congress. Just a miserable experience.
Won't be back
Staff was rude and seemed bothered we were checking in and didn't even give us directions to the nearest elevator. Room was OK except for pillows were too soft and not enough towels. When we asked for more, again they seemed bothered. And breakfast was a joke. Cold boiled eggs that had instructions to "warm them up by putting them in a cup of hot water", no forks or Condiments, most juice and milk dispensers were out, and when asked if there were any more forks anywhere, again they seemed bothered.
The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the breakfast buffet was excellent even at 9:30 am.
The beds were quite firm.
Room was very big, very spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable!
