Good location,central, friendly and helpful staff, warm and comfortable

Breakfast only okay, ham gone off a bit one day and felt a bit sick, single room very small,

The best thing about this hotel was its location. I came to Berlin with my friend for the first time in my life and we chose Agon because it was not so far away from O2 arena. We could easily get to the Alexanderplatz also. There were many not so expensive restaurants near the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. There were no noise from outside. We enjoyed our breakfast.

I found the hotel staff to be incredibly helpful and the location was excellent.

I have a dairy allergy and the breakfast selection wasnt great for someone that can't have milk!

Value for money and the helpfulness of reception staff.

Given that we booked so early, it would have been good if the rooms had been on the same floor and together. Had the children been younger, this would have been more important.
