好評：It was very clean. And the rates were very good compared to other hotels in the area.
負評：The front desk was a little over barring. She wanted to to charge me $10 for me having my two month old. I pretty much Told her where to go because what in the world is my tiny baby going to use in the hotel? After arguing with her, she decided to let me "slide". I then looked in the guest book inside my room only to find out that children under 10 was free. So she was just pulling that info out of her behind. Then in the morning the breakfast was supposed to go until 9:30 well at 9:15 there was NOTHING left! They had cleared out the batter mix for the waffle machine and everything. So I got cereal and asked for milk and they acted like it was going to kill them to refill it. The man who was helping in the kitchen and front desk was a drill Sargent I swear. One lady who showed up to breakfast the same time I did only was able to get coffee (so she thought) when she went to turn and walk out of the breakfast area just to be yelled at by the drill Sargent. He said she can't take the coffee out of the area because of health code. Well maybe if breakfast went as long as it was supposed to then she wouldn't of had to take her coffee out of the area. He then went about his way to yell at the house keeper who was vacuuming the hallway saying "that is a Heath code to be plugged in here". Seriously!?! She was doing her job!! I stayed here two nights and every time I would see this worker I would walk the other way. Because I was scared he would find something I was doing wrong. This hotel definitely needs to work on its customer service because traveling with a 2 month old is hard enough and not feeling welcome in a place that you paid to stay is ridiculous!!
