Service. Cleanliness. Parking. Attitude of workers/manager
Clean sheets that weren’t blood stained
Have menus for local quick eat places that deliver in the guest info binder.
Decent price for comfortable beds.
Not a bad place to stay the night.
Employee at front entrance with another guy who was drinking beer. Both were dropping F bombs as I approached the door as an obvious customer!
Clean room. Good price.
Clean. Not too loud.
Getting old and outdated.
On the low end of the Super 8 scale
The location was convenient and the staff were helpful enough.
The room AC was underperforming. The room got so warm and the beds were uncomfortable. The floors between must be very thin because your footsteps are loud and you can hear people above you. The lobby is old and worn and there's trash in the parking lot. Not an inviting place.
Had a confirmed reservation for a road trip I was taking with my granddaughter. We were on a sight seeing train ride in the mountains with no internet service. When we arrived for check-in we were told my credit card was declined the room was taken. I used my credit card through-out the trip & knew there was nothing wrong with the card. I was livid!!!!!
Everything was great.Very clean
Comfortable hotel overall with lots of rooms. Nice free breakfast. Attentive staff.
A bit of a billing blip. Night agent entered in rare incorrectly. FD agent wasn't able to correct w/o manager. All agents should have abilities to make these changes. It was resolved quickly by the manager. When we were looking through the room to make sure not to leave anything behind, we found a can of chewing tobacco on the floor. It is fortunate that the children did not find this and try to get into it. The refrigerator was not working. We did not mention this to anyone during the stay.
Just barely livable
great value for the money
convenient, working ice machine, friendly staff, clean room, quiet, breakfast was ready at 5 AM!
