It was close to great restaurants, shopping, sky-train.
Thoroughly enjoyable, and a lovely rooftop bathing pool and bar.
The room was spacious, with a very comfortable kind-sized bed, a nice desk, and a hanging/drying rack for clothing. The roomtop amenities were excellent, with a giant jacuzzi pool and a large bathing or small swimming pool under the sun. The rooftop bar was nice as well.
They included very strong language in their room conditions about no guests of any kind being allowed in the hotel or rooms. I visited friends in Bangkok, and made sure not to show them my hotel, to avoid the 900 baht per person extra charge. I would have liked to invite them to join me for a drink at the rooftop bar and lounging area.
The location was perfect!! Close to the night market, food vendors, and pubs. The sky train was also close if you want to take that and head to the Shopping malls. Cheap to get to as well From the airport. 500 Bahts or $15US
We had a cockroach pay us a visit in our room....I wasn't scared but my wife didn't like it
The hotel is very well situated. The hotel is very nice and it is great to have a swimming pool (to relax after a long day of visit)
The bed was really hard
Ideally located to explore Bangkok, close to the skytrain.
The staff at the reception could have been more helpfull.
I did like the location and the breakfast. Staff were friendly, especially the reception staff was very helpful.
I did not like the design of the room with air conditioning pointing to the bed. The bathroom sink was blocked. The floor of the room needs some renovation. Apart from these, the hotel facilities are good. Room service food was yummy. However, I would not use this hotel again due to its comfortness.
the location is good n the hotel service is good room is very clean also.
Perfect location, friendly staff, nice swimming pool and bar, good breakfast.
Staff with limited knowledge of english. No free internet.
An excellent hotel to discover Bangkok. Good value for your money.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located to explore the city.
I have stayed at the Siam Heritage several times, including for 1 month last year. It is an excellent hotel found in a very convenient location.....close to Patpong nightlife, Silom banking industry,Suan Night Market, Lumpini park and Lumpini Muay Thai kickboxing stadium, Skytrain to anyplace else in BKK. Breakfast was ok with 2 Thai and 2 Western entrees. Bedroom had excellent mattress and bathroom was excellent
Great location and atmosphere. It´s in the middle of the city but the pool roof and garden lets you escape.
When I arrived, there was confusion and then I was told by the check-in person that she had personally received my call 2 days prior cancelling my reservation. She said that I had given her my reservation number and that I said I needed to cancel due to air flight problems. This was not true. I had not called to cancel and no one else had my reservation number. They had made an error or were making up story. They were nice enough to let me stay in one of their suites that night and then found a hotel in the area for the rest of my stay. However, my trip was disrupted and I lost a good ½ day re-packing and then moving hotels. I´m not sure I would trust them again.
With a stay at The Siam Heritage Hotel, you'll be centrally located in Bangkok, steps from Patpong Night Market and 9 minutes by foot from Lumphini Park. Featured amenities include a computer station, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk.
