Tonight Shows Enviroment - family time and party time.
Beverages sometimes are not good in all inclusive.
Good value for your Money
The restaurants are excellent, Buffet is good, Great beach, big facility that is family oriented, Staff are nice work very hard to keep the place Running, Beds are comfortable. overall its a good value for the price
Stayed in the family section close to the beach the Rooms a bit outdated, Air condition is weak, bathrooms need remodeling. you have to be early or make reservations to restaurants otherwise its a long wait, The Golf cart transportation can take time to show up and unfortunately most people don't respect who was waiting first.
All inclusive it’s great, the restaurants, the bar, the atention the employees are excelent they give great service and are very polite. The shows. Very clean and the room I had was great.
Because of an employée mistake in El Gaucho restaurant we end up paying an expensive( $40us ) bottle of wine .
Don't get tricked by the map location!
The staff were great. The beach was fantastic. Drinks were in full size cups and there was some premium liquor.
THE WALK. They gave us a"free upgrade" but put us over a mile from the beach. The said they have golf carts but there are 400 rooms back there and 3 carts that hold 6 people each. At one point we had to wait an hour for a ride. All activities are near the beach so we didn't end up doing very much. The first day of our vacation we walked 16,000 steps, this is not what we wanted our beach trip to be.
nice big resort with the children part separated from adult section nicely rooms are very nice -- staff was great
never care for the food in Mexico
The resort is beautiful. The beach is one of the best I have ever seen. The staff is second to none and so friendly.
The seaweed got worse as the week went on. Not the resort's fault but it did take away from the amazing beach.
Old facility room not cleaned
the internet is the worse I every had at a hotel
Everything (except the timeshare!)!! The staff was amazing, the adult only exclusive area was exactly what we were looking for. It was a nice walk (about 5 minutes) from our area down to the beach and if we didn't want to walk there were shuttles available. The beach was gorgeous and the pool so much fun! We loved that we did not have to reserve for the a la carte restaurants! Our favourites were Asiana and Mexican! The Premium Bar was also a nice feature of the room (gold wristband) that we reserved through kayak. The Jr Suite we stayed in was less expensive on Kayak than the standard room and when I emailed the resort to confirm this they responded immediately to assure us this was correct! We would go back in a heartbeat and highly recommend it!
The first day we were asked to speak with someone for our Welcome Package which we knew was for timeshare. We sat with Enrique, received the information and did not accept the request for further information. We were contacted three more times about our "welcome package" even after explaining that we had received the information.
"Located in Playacar, this beachfront property is next to a golf course and within 3 mi (5 km) of Playacar Golf Club, Paseo del Carmen, and Quinta Avenida. Playa del Carmen Maritime Terminal and 3D Museum of Wonders are also within 3 mi (5 km). "
