Value for money, but front manager Mr Manohar response was too negative.
Mr Manohar has almost convinced us that we don't have reservation, no rooms available, the site which we have booked from has booked the room without hotel consent and the only thing we should do is to get out and try to get our money refund from the website we booked. Mr Manohar was too negative and too unprofessional in his approach and was behaving like we are mindless. Thanks to Getaroom customer care, they responded very fast and they only made me to wait in the hotel till official check in time.
Dirty bathroom and filthy shower curtain. Black hairs on clean sheets.
The restaurant was nice but we had a cheeky waiter who got angry because we wouldn't have a drink with him and phoned us up in the middle of the night.
