staff is incredibly rude and not always there, meaning that when 10 drunks come back at 3 am there is no one to tell them to pipe down in the common areas. the only thing saving this hostel is the price. you get a bed in a pretty clean room, but otherwise that's it. bring earplugs.
laundry services and microwave provided, fair location with 7mins walk to metro, free wifi and 2 freely use computers
a little bit smelly in the room and no common area. only one female bathroom hv lock
Clean bed, clean toilets. I spilled orange juice on my bedsheet and pillow and the staff replaced both during the day at no charge. The price is reasonable for a place like Stockholm. I like not having to wait for a receptionist to issue me room keys as this was done prior to my trip (using door pin codes).
I couldn't really find the hostel because I missed the signboard label -- too small and not prominent. Needed to use Google Streetview to help. The rooms were not soundproofed, could hear conversations from next door and the hallway, too. My room was near the internet kiosks.
Location - it was close to where I needed to be in Stockholm.
There's no staff at the hotel - not even a reception. As such, guests do as they please without any regard for the house rules. I hardly slept during my stay because the walls were paper thin and the other guests made an awful lot of noise. There's no lounge either and guests congregate on the corridor making it impossible to have a good night's rest.
What I liked the best about this hostel is linen isn't required. And you can get towel. It's tiny matter but really helps you if you want to travel light.
There's no certain space to eat and have a talk, so many people eat their meal in a room and talk for long.
being on a main road, it was nosiy early in the morning
The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The hotel was safe and located near the centre of the city. The price was OK. It was the lowest price we could find for a hotel located so close to the city centre. There we could meet young people from all over the Europe.
I didn't like that there was no staff, no administration, no people. We were afraid that if something went wrong and we couldn't get in with the code, we would have to stay on the street all night. The bathroom was quite bad, it couldn't be locked and there wasn't place for hanging our clothes.
Excellent backpackers value for money including sheets, and simplicity of 24 hour code access. As simple as you can get and as much as you need, particularly if you are mostly out visiting friends but need a place to bed down.
A stay at Acco Hostel places you in the heart of Stockholm, within a 10-minute drive of National Museum and Vasa Museum. Featured amenities include express check-in, express check-out, and multilingual staff.
