First impressions are everything

I like the location then the size of the room

I didn't like the smell of the room because it smelled like smoke I also found cigarette burns in the bathtub there was no toilet paper

Fair but needs improvements.

Check in is quick. King beds are comfy. We still stay there out of convenience & its location.

Avoid staying there on Fri & Sat nights. The music from the club next door is very loud. Stay on the top floor. If you don't you will hear noises from the people above you late at night or early in the morning. Check the room for excessive noise of the bathroom exhaust fan, smells of cigarette in non-smoking rooms, etc. Ask to change rooms if something is not right. If you like to eat breakfast: bring your own food to cook or expect to eat out. They have very little to settle your appetite. Check under the bed sheets. Ours still had an old stained/dirty mattress cover. They could best do away with the password to access internet. It is time consuming.

I liked having a fridge/freezer

it was run down and dirty - there were cobwebs in the bathroom the Wi-Fi was horrible
