Food was great lots of selections and most the food we ate was good
Having shuttle to some of great sites in Las Vegas would of been nice but mostly everything else was satisfactory
Variety of eateries 24 /7 every business is set up to be user friendly I went to the movie theatre just to buy the popcorn and there was no issue took it back to the USBC bowling center without issue
This was our first visit so finding hotel elevators was a slight challenge since the signage is small and not distinct but after finding it there was no problem
Did not like anything about the stay here!! Poor service, dirty rooms with bugs flying everywhere. They gave us a new room but the beds were hard and you couldn’t sleep with all the noise from everyone in the hallway!! They charged out card $100 even though the room had been paid in full prior to the visit. Will never stay here again!!
Need to clean the rooms and spray for bugs!!
Love Steak and Shake....can't believe it is not open all night....or at least for breakfast. Everything was right there so we could relax without going out of the building.
Steak and Shake open more, noise from next room slamming door.
It was a pretty good stay
Staff was friendly. It was worth our money. Having a pool, spa, gym, arcade, theater, bowling alley, a bingo room and of course the casino.
What sucked was that it had no fridge or microwave to reheat or keep our food cool. They also were fixing a room without giving us a headsup, although they did warn us about the window cleaning service. And the buffet was a bit pricey too. Other than that, it was a fun experience.
Had everything we needed.
Think the only thing that was missing was keno.
Freindly staff, located close to the airport, ideal for short stop over, lots of facilities such as bowling, cinema, bars, restaurants, free parking
everything under one roof
wish there was more around the hotel.
There was a lot of options, did not need to leave the hotel for anything
wish there was a way to access the bowling centers without having to go to the main floor.
Very clean. Nice atmosphere. Lots of family things to do, not just a casino.
$21 resort fee. We only stayed overnight and did not use any of the pool facilities.
Room air too dry, pillow too hard. I kept waking up every hour with a dry mouth.
Big hotel. Had a bowling alley, multiple resturants, nice pool and hot tub. The buffet was some of the best food I've had. Comfort of the bed wasn't too bad and parking was great. Room was quiet.
Prices on food were high but it was Vagas so that's to be expected.
Close to my work area and out of the traffic mess
My bed could have been more comfortable. It may be time for them to upgrade the mattress
Good food and ability to relax in the surroundings.
The bed had some type of pad that made it to uncomfortably warm.
Great rate , quiet room and covered parking plenty of resturants
booked King bed @40 + tax got two queens and rate was 42+ tax not worth changing once got to room ---little discrepency but should be accurate in the future
The rooms are very nice. Larger than most Vegas rooms.
Way off the strip expect 30 dollar cab ride each way to strip if the hotel offered shuttle schedule doesn't work for you.
The hotel was clean, spacious with good customer service. We stayed there because it was close to the airport.
The openness of the casino, and there is plenty to do.
There is more than enought things to do at this hotel. Gamble, movies, bowling, many restaurants, plenty of shows and very close to outlet shopping.
My husband and I were there celebrating our anniversary and when we got home after a night out we wanted to watch some tv before going to bed and the tv wouldn't work. They sent up an engineer to fix it and when he couldn't we had to more to another room at 2 am. After packing everything up and going to the new room (no view as our other one had, our new window looked out at the parking garage) we had to argue to even get any compensation for the huge inconvenience! The personal are not friendly at all and were actually irritated with us because we were upset about the situation.
too many children in pool area with unattending parents (parents allowed thier children to run amok splashing other pool-goers carelessly)
Very nice hotel, really liked the pool area.
Everything extra costs money and to far from the Strip
The atmosphere is wonderful with plenty to do for families with kids.
