Found a bed bug and torn cover
Dirty beddings bed bugs mark
Worth the money
Clean room, plenty for breakfast
Just Needed a Place to Sleep
Since the property is being refurbished, at first sight, the grounds are not pleasant. However, our room did not compare to the outside. The beds were comfortable and the room clean. Breakfast was provided. The coffee and orange juice were surprisingly delicious. Also, I personally appreciate real coffee creamer and butter. Both of which were provided. For someone on a budget, staying here would provide affordable conveniences but nothing fancy.
The refurbished process could try to be a little cleaner.
Worst hotel experience
When entering the hotel room we discovered a man was staying in our room! The man quickly left saying he was just leaving. -@'lay as if he was not meant to be in that room. We immediately called around flagstaff to find a new hotel room. When we went to the lobby the man working was on his phone acting if he didn't want to be bothered with problems. He was extremely rude and didn't even apologize. Horrible experience!
Great breakfast and comfortable beds
Location is good. Outside pool available during summer season, great breakfast included (eggs, sausage, lots of cereal and bread options)
Rooms are showing their age, trash in the stairwells, oddly slanted walkways and no elevators
Great price for remodeled room
Clean remodeled 2 queen bedroom with fridge and microwave. Lots of pillows had a good night's sleep quiet hotel and quiet area close to cracker barrel a dennys, NAU and downtown flagstaff. They are still remodeling but the remodeled rooms are nice for the price
Breakfast was kind of small at least they had waffles. Didn't have creamer for the coffee but ate at cracker barrell maintenence didn't show up as requested tub was slow to drain they never did clean the room unless they don't do it if you're only staying a weekend.
The staff was very friendly and nice. Loved the customer y
Good assortment for breakfast just have to get there early or be patient. Staff were courteous.
Nooks & crannies of the room were disgustingly unclean. No children's channels available on cable tv. A/C would not run on auto, we had to push the twmp down to get it to run.
The bathroom was a little grose.
Didnt refill toilet paper, shampoo & conditioner Not so freindly staff
The person who checked us in was fantastic. I had forgotten my driver's license and instead of sending me on my way he allowed me to check in. I was able to get a temp license the next day.
Not a thing.
Location, very quiet.
Needs a makeover. Table lamps barely functional, one fell apart. Shower was very clean, but controls were badly worn and ceramic tile was broken.
Not much. Trains ran all night near the hotel. It's kind of old and dirty.
The breakfast was bare and out of most everything. I wouldn't stay at a Ramada again. This one must be at the bottom of the barrel for Ramada. They once had a decent reputation. I rank them with Motel 6 now.
The breakfast included was substandard, few choices, definitely not "deluxe" as stated in ad.
Computer with printer in the hotel lobby.
Very noisy motel. Bad receiption on the free wireless access. Impossible to work with. Very noisy airconditioning.
The Ramada Flagstaff, as well as all the other hotels in that area, are located just next to the railway. It was as noisy as a railway station! Every 20 min roaring train through the night. I never slept so badly in any hotel in my whole life. Pool was empty. It was also the worst looking hotel in that area.
Comfortable bed. Good shower. Good breakfast.
Very close to railway tracks carrying mile long trains, which don't stop for anything, so have very loud horns, which they sounded 24/7. Pool was not filled (in May). 34 minute walk into town. By the second night, we were either use to the horns or very tired, as we slept like a couple of babies.
