No bathtub, unless you pay $80 to $100 more. WiFi - for today's day and age; inadequate. Superior room qualified me to a whopping 512MB and was limited to on 200MB download. 24 "upgrade" to decent bandwidth costed $15. Location was off the grid Meal selection breakfast was not good and expensive.
Average service for the Price.
I liked it being close to the City. Decent swimming pool and gym. Mini bar was well stocked even though I didn't need it.
The service is very average , some days they make the b d and nothing replaced like towels and soap etc. the worst wifi service never connects or super slow, only 250 mb for 24 hrs but doeywork anyways. Even though the ad says free parking it is freeoy for weekends. The check out was annoying tney wanted to keep thr $10" deposit with bogus charges.
Quality 4 star hotel
Modern, clean, friendly service. Compact room but still spacious enough to function. Beautiful view and the lovely Roma St Parklands across the road.
If you want to walk to the city expect a decent uphill walk on the way back.
Our bed was amazing best sleep we have had in a long time The room was so clean and modern
It was a great hotel, simple as that! Great location, great views, friendly staff, and a great room.
The bed was a little stiff for my preference but every back is different.
Friendly guests and staff
The mildew on the grouting in the bathroom
We really enjoyed the spa and pool on the roof. The room and the view were both excelent. The housekeepers did a wonderful job and it was a pleasure to come back to our room in a clean and well presented state.
Thought it was very strange to find 1 bottle of water and 1 apple left for us as complimentry when there were 2 of us staying in the room.
great staff especially nicola and very comfortable. the restaurant was very good too.
good position very helpfull staff
small rooms , hotel; needs general update
Close to Spring Hill and the river
We'd booked two rooms, one for my husband and myself, the other for our adult daughter. We asked if the rooms were different, if one was better for a couple, and told there was no difference. In fact, one had a much larger bathroom. The staff should have known this and advised us accordingly.
Very little. It was poor value for money and I would not recommend it to anyone.
There was no free parking for hotel guests. The hotel is a long way from the CBD and surrounded by steep hills. The rates are high but the facilities are poor. The room was serviced but no fresh towels were provided. The interior of the rooms are pleasant enough but the corridors and elevators are dated and shabby.
Rooms overpriced, cleanliness poor, in room facilities poor especially internet connections, Restaurant overrated and expensive, car parking fees charged when free days on public holidays, Breakfast over priced and poor quality (eg no fresh eggs), Electrical items in room defective.
The swimming pool, the view and the restaurant and its friendly wait staff. I liked that we could leave our bags without any hassle. The cabs came quickly.
The noise from the renovations in the afternoon! I didn't like the lack of a sewing kit in the room and the lack of a newspaper at the door although I got these by asking at reception.
It was central, well known brand and useful as an overnight stay, and had a secure carpark.
On the top of the Hotel half the neon lights spelling out the Hotel's name were broken, so the name of the Hotel was unrecognisable when driving to it at night.
The weekend deal was very good with the first class buffet breakfast and the complimentary parking as part of the deal
The folding door into the bathroom was poor and ours did not shut properly.
