Great hotel value in superb location
Quiet side street; convenient to shopping, tourism.
The continental breakfast was great! The staff were helpful. Havinga taxi service was great
The rooms looked better on the website than in person. The bedding and furniture were old. The coffee bar with the ability to get cappuccinos should have been included in the continental breakfast & not have been an extra charge.
It was quiet, not on the main roads, but just around the block with easy access to areas of interest.
We liked the central location. It was close to all amenities. The rooms were cleaned well.
We were asked by the receptionist to fill in 6 forms ( four being for our children) - the youngest being 7 years old whilst checking in. The walls were too thin and we could hear the garbage trucks in the morning emptying bins filled with glass(!) bottles, drunken people on the road. The buffet breakfast was strictly controlled, they brought out the hot food at allocated times inspite of the dishes remaining empty for atleast 10 - 15 minutes.
Perfect location for walking city or picking up the metro, mall/markets 3 blocks away for supplies, quiet street, fridge and safe in the room very convienient, clean and comfortable rooms
Breakfast room not big enough for the crowd, had to wait in line, share tables, work around the small space
Great hotel to stay for chilling out and/or work in Prague. Incredibly well located. Totally recommended.
The staff were very friendly, and the location was just correct
Situation of Hotel is perfect Rooms very comfortable Staff organised Airport pick ups as requested Late checkout for an extra charge was organised quickly and extra pillows provided imediately
Breakfast is a bit chaotic ! Everything is provided youi could possibly want and tables cleared very quickly but it is overcrowded and I think if they changed the buffet layout it could improve service
We had a corner room, the windows open (!) and we had a little balcony Staff were really great whenever we needed anything. And the location was fantastic. Right in the centre of things, but on a quiet side street. I was travelling with my mother who cannot walk great distances so this was a great plus.
Very close to the centre of the city, friendly staff, breakfast buffet frequently replenished, clean rooms, no noise. Highly recommended!
Single beds that had to be pushed together to make one double - we were told this was the only option. The beds were very uncomfortable, basically only a step up from a cot. The tv only had one chanel in English.
Very well located, right in the heart of the old town. Helpful staff.
