Great location, convenient for both Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est. Fine as a base for exploring Paris, where you don't expect to be spending much time in your room. Felt safe and clean. Places to eat nearby.
Expensive - but I guess that's what you pay for three stars in Paris.
We asked for non-smoking room. Instead of it, the hotel offered us stinky room. The smell was so terrible that we had to change the hotel, as the stuff refused to give us another room. It was very difficult to persuade them to return the money for the room.
There were no locking device provided for bath room.
I thought the rate quoted was inclusive of internet usage but this is not the case. Kindly advise
Good location for accessing the international trains and metro lines. Staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke English very well. A good breakfast provided.
Air conditioning kept breaking down in our room the first night, but staff were very helpful in changing our room when we asked them to do so.
The staff were very freindly and helpful.
No interent facility in the lobby. The carpet in the entry of our room had a large stain on it. Ensure you have a map to locate the hotel if you are walking from the train station late at night.
We asked to change room due to the bed side considered too small for 2 adults. Our request was taken into account within 30 seconds.
Rooms were very clean however the very narrow corridors smelt of dust.
