Location and the style of the hotel.
Only 1 pillow, prefer 2 pillows. The floor in the shower room doesn’t have a ledge to keep the water in the shower area. Would be better to put a little ledge so the water doesn’t go all over the floor.

Small room and transparent (glass) wall between toilet and sleeping part of the room.

they could have done more with the rooms. Concrete floors and ceilings are not very appealing to me. Also you should not save money on beds. They could have been better quality so as the sheets; We paid 135 euro a night so you would expect better quality.

The Banks Hotel is well-situated in the city center, particularly for those in town for a fashion industry related trip. Also, there is a coffee/tea machine in the lobby that is self-serve for guests, and a complimentary happy hour + tapas from 16h30-20h30.
The hotel lobby closes at 20h30 and from that point forward, guests have to enter through a side door by swiping a badge-- it works fine, but is not the most hospitable move for a hotel of its stature. The rooms have an industrial aesthetic which is appealing, though the lack of color makes it feel a bit 'cold.'
