It was a pleasant place to stay. Rather difficult to find.Lots of stairs to pull 3 suitcases.
There wasn't anything we didn't like about the hotel
Staff were very nice especially Sylvie and we enjoyed the breakfast. ~Location also very good but I do feel directions need to be more highlighted to customers. For example, when booking is complete from websites via travel agencies the customer needs to know as we took 30 min to find the hotel
Near the shopping area
We booked for a triple room. I was expecting something more from this hotel considering that it was a 3-star hotel. The shower inside the room was too small. You will hit the walls and the glass door if you move. The breakfast was not good. Only a few seats are available so you have to wait for your turn if the eating area is already full. By then, the food is almost gone! The mini-bar doesn't have what usually is in the minibar... just 1 small bottle of water to be shared by 3 people! and 1 bottle of small wine and 3 plastic cups.
Rooms, breakfast Very poor
I had the single room (108) and loved the little terrace overlooking the canal. Very unusual room for a single traveller.
The Hospitality. The silence. The room was wonderfull.
The breakfast was ruther poor. It should be much more richer, at the rate of such Hotel.
The various receptionists at hotel gave excellent directions whenever we were looking for various locations
The breakfast area was a little small & cramped, however the breakfast attendant was very friendly and accomodated us as well she could.
It was central and quiet
Breakfast area was too small
The breakfast was not really good, the indian staff was not very friendly. You can not convince him of the hotel's shortcomings.
