The lights didn't work in my room
I had to ask repeatedly for clean sheets, and even when we did get them there were weird stains on them.. We ended up getting a blanket and sleeping on top of the covers because they were so gross.
No iron, or blow dryer. Towels weren't available upon request.
Central Austin Location
Drug-infested Homeless have over-taken the Motel. At 3:30am, one of them banged on my Motel Door...I call the Office and they ran him off. However, at 5am he called my Room wanting money.
Only the shower, nothing to pinpoint because there was nothing in the room to make stay comfortable
wifi No freezer No microwave No breakfast It was overall a bad experience. At least a hotel should be able to provide a level of comfort, even tea will be much appreciated or hangers in the rooms for guest. Also need to sign for a TV control at check-in. Not a good place to spend the night if on business trip, even leisure
Flat screen TV, mini fridge, and micro wave
I was not able to get more towels. There were crack heads and people who looked trashy. Not a safe place to stay at by yourself. There were several cops.
If I could give less stars I would, the manager is
Nothing at all stay away.
You're Getting What you Pay For
It had a bed and a shower. We were just stopping in on a long road trip and needed a place to sleep and refresh. In that aspect, it delivered.
The location is very shady, the staff is slow and seem to be annoyed to even check you in. The decor and facilities are very outdated. Only stay here if you need a cheap place to close your eyes for 8 hours.
