I was impressed that for the price, this hotel met all my expectations for cleanliness, amenities, and personable staff. I had surgery and a followup appt the next morning and this hotel was in the perfect location and nice - would stay here again.
Looks new but still the same
Staff was really nice. Comfortably close to other destinations.
Carpet was dirty and when we came back the entire hotel was smelling like a restaurant’s kitchen. Someone had cooked some terrible recipee and we were suffering the consequences.
they wouldn't let me check in until 5pm, yet their policy is 3 pm, because of this i was late to an event. oilet clogged after one flush. Dirty rooms. horrible experience
beware of smoky rooms--ugh!
Location was good for the event we had to attend in Austin. Beds were pretty comfy.
Despite the fact that we had reserved (a week in advance) and prepaid for a non-smoking room, when we arrived we got the last room they had, which was a smoking room. It was disgusting! Opening the windows and running the AC on high didn't help much. I guess because this is an extended stay hotel, some guests do smoke in the rooms for days on end. Beware that this could happen to you, because I think that one of the hotel's 4 floors consists entirely of smoking rooms. In addition, we had reserved a room with a queen bed and got one with two doubles.

Due to a miscommunication I was unable to attend
BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD
I liked nothing because they didn't even get me a room.
When I arrived I was told I wasn't on their reservation list, so I called the number that was provided on my confirmation email. They called the hotel and talked for almost 15 minutes and then the hotel clerk was very rude to the lady on the phone for another 10 minutes, all while I'm standing and still waiting. After about an hour after my initial arrival the hotel clerk called her night manager, who didn't answer. About 20 minutes later the night manager found the time in his/her schedule to call back. About this time is when the computers went down and I was told they wouldn't be able to get me in a room. It was after midnight at this point, so I asked the clerk to let me in a room without a reservation and we could take care of this in the morning. I just needed to sleep. She refused, so I left and slept in the backseat of my truck. This was beyond terrible. This was a, "how do you even do business", kind of experience.
It had a kitchen.
The beds were small and the refrigerator in my room didn't work very well.
