Great Stay in Central Location
The hotel is more designed for people attending business functions, but my wife and i were wanting a place in a central location for exploring Mexico City. The staff were extremely nice, food at the restaurant was excellent and i would recommend the place to anyone that is looking to visit Mexico city and wanting a hotel in a central spot to visit the attractions and for a place that has so many restaurants and amenities within a stone's throw away. thanks again to the staff during our stay, they really looked after us
Nothing, everything was excellent
I was out of the hotel most time of the day
I love the location. I felt very safe.
I did not like having only one bath towel per person. The staff forgot to put clean towels two consecutive days out my 4 day stay, no radio and tv out of order No internet in room.
the restaurant is good , however they take too long to bring the bill. I repeated a few days the same food and it varied a little seasoning , but food is pretty good
every day at 8:30 in the morning one work was beating in my room and she would want to check the place, but she beat two times and came in without waiting to be answered. I made a reservation with my girlfriend over the Internet to a room with a home bed , and not the reservation contained in the system and they gave us a room with two beds. they promised to change rooms when there was an available and when they called to tell us we were going to change , but they put us on another floor with the same amount of beds not solving my situation
continental breakfast is not very well. it is too simple.
full breakfast should have been included. restaurant had no nonsugar, whole grain bread or cereal
The rate was fair for my budget and purpose.
The breakfast politic is not clear for the clients, they have a bad room service.
Cleanliness of room, breakfast, location
The cost of breakfast was too high
Free use of internet on lobby computers - fairly fast, and 5 computers so it was always available. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The included continental breakfast didn't even include cereal, even though the cereal was place next to the other included breakfast items. If not included, it should be placed on the other side by the hot buffet that costs extra. The beds are also really firm - fine once you get used to it but the first night can be uncomfortable.
Well located, a few steps of good restaurants and bars, very friendly staff and resonable confort. It'll be my Hotel in Mexico on next stays.
Hotel should increase number of cable channels.
I've been in this hotel twice and I love it.
The hotel was very nice and the surroundings as well.. lot of restaurants and coffee shops. Also very safe area and walking distance to the angel of independence and Reforma
