Good ubication
Is a little bit expensive
We like that the hotel was very close to shopping dining and tourist atractions rooms where modern up to date. We took a tour to teotihuacan piramids the staff help us book that and they pick us up from the hotel
Beds where uncomftorble and brakefast was not worth the money and it could be cleaner
Exellent front desk teal
Truly european. The king bed is made out 2 twins
very nice and big room
no choice of hot drinks by breakfast, you need to ask the waiter
Excellent location, but still quiet, good and friendly staff, very helpful, nice rooms, spatious and clean, very good breakfast (buffet with changing offer almost every day), very good bed!
small breakfast room, no bar
Nice spacious rooms with comfortable kingsize bed and clean look. Great location, just 3 minute walk from la Reforma. A large modern shoppingcentre is just a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Roomservice from Chili's, Pizzahut and Sushi.
Weak Wifi signal at the 9th floor. Breakfast with little choice.
Great location near Shopping areas, Zona Rosa and numerous Restaurants, Movie theatre and easy access to other parts of Mexico City.
Our understanding at the time of booking was that all taxes were included in the booking price of US$411 for our stay of 6 nights. HOWEVER, at the check out, we were charged all taxes over and above the room rates. Our total bill was $486 Canadian (about US$472), the bill included about $13 of Telephone charges (very high charges of about $1/minute for local calls!!). So we feel that we were overcharged about US$48.
The hotel is located in a very distinguished, safe neighborhood, near the US and UK Embassy which mean high security. All staff is attentive, considerate, respectful, and friendly and go beyond the expected to assist. Breakfast is varied and has healthy options cereal and fresh fruits. Room is spacious, tastefully modern, and clean. There are ample wardrobes. Excellent for an extended stay. Small refrigerator and bottled water is provided as a courtesy. The bathroom and shower are new and very clean. Free internet! Hotel can arrange tours for busy execs with limited time.
The hotel does not have a restaurant for light dining or snacks. An in-house restaurant would be best when a guest arrives late, is unfamiliar with the area, or feels insecure in the City.
The room was fantastic. The hotel is located centrally near bars and restaurants. Staff were very helpful, and the hotel is also very well styled.
Location and Breakfast
The reception can't speak English well enough to give correct information. So we had a bit trouble like time schedule for the tour and tourist information location.
The tourist Information provided by the concierge.
I am already recommending this hotel - location, staff, quality of rooms, etc. - all very excellent value at twice the price.
Nothing!
