We arrived very late but the gentleman working on reception was very friendly and welcoming.
It was a bit noisy with traffic, but that was to be expected given the location in the inner city.

As the stay was a place to sleep while in Melbourne from Tasmania, I would say the location to the city was a good thing and reason for us staying there.
