圖森機場君悅酒店 - 土桑 Hyatt Place Tucson Airport

We arrived at 1AM on a Thursday night/Friday Morning and Luke was so hospitable you would think the hotel was his own personal bed and breakfast. It was very cold out, so he rushed to bring us fresh blankets to transport our sleeping 20-month old into the hotel from the car. He also helped us with all of our bags and made sure we had everything we could possibly need. We've stayed at many hotels on the same road because of our annual visits to Tucson. This place is excellent. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the morning breakfasts are well stocked and unique. I had churro bread pudding for the first time on Friday morning 1/3/20. What a great way to kick off the new year.

I'm just nitpicking here, but the bathroom vent is not particularly strong as taking a shower or bath heated up and humidified our room for quite some time. The air conditioner was not able to quickly overcome the conditions.

The new room, the staff, and the breakfast.

I checked in late and when I saw the room, I was tremendously disappointed. The floor was dirty, I mean grease spots on the carpet. The sofa in the studio-type room looked as if an elephant had slept on it. It was all out of shape and should have been replaced long before I came there. When I registered my complaint the next morning, the staff was very understanding and after telling me that the hotel was being re-furbished, they offered me a new room that had just been over-hauled. It looked just like the picture I saw in the advertisement you assembled and it was very clean. The staff was excellent and the breakfast was among the best I have seen and eaten. As long as your customers get a new room, this is a great hotel offered at a great price, staffed with good people

Close to airport. Staff provided shuttle. Kind and friendly staff. Great breakfast quality and quantity.
