Location is great. Entry via Innsbruck central rail station Coffee and breakfast is pretty good.
Room smelt terribly of tobacco smoke. Lucky it was a non-smoking room. They told me that the room was very newly renovated but that didnt help much. Now my luggage and my clothes stinks for the rest of my journey. Room was very warm. Too warm to sleep even though the heater was off. When the window was open you couldn't sleep from the yelling and fighting Men outside at the train station. not the hotels fault but the room temperature may be helped by them. Asked the receptionist at the counter how to get to the skifields at Nordketten. She gave me a tear off map of the city. Had to work that one out for myself. The real answer would have been to tell me where I had to walk (10min) to get the cablecar up the mountain. I know these problems are not familiar to the whole IBIS chain as i am now staying in IBIS Nuremberg and it couldnt be more different. In a good way.
this hotel was in the best location for train travellers. Did not even need to leave the station to access the hotel.
The internet was not only not free, but expensive.
The location is excellent. Good services.
The hotel is located at the most convienent area which is within walking distance from the train station and also the excellent scenery facing the mountains. Very refreshing.

This hotel is very convenient if you are traveling by train, as we were. It is literally attached to the train station, so you could get on and off the train without lugging your luggage through city streets. It is very convenient to public transportation as well. The staff spoke English and they were very helpful.
Breakfast was not included in the price of our hotel, but was available--though a little pricey for the market. If not in a pinch, you would probably do better a one of the nearby cafes.

Well located, good access from the station and the transport system, good breakfast etc.
Would have been nice to have a kettle in the room. The failure of the lift on our last night was disruptive. Although they had a second lift, it was not available for use unless arranged separately - most strange.
