Rooms were clean and breakfast was good.
When we arrived, the air con was not working. Instead of changing rooms for us we had to wait up to 2hrs for the air con filter and fan to be fixed. On our 2nd night, the key did not work. We had to change it twice and realised that the room door could not be opened if you leave another card in the main switch slot inside the room. Instead of coming up with us, we had to make 3 trips to the reception and asked for a member of staff to come up to check on the situation before they did so. Additionally, when we asked for the manager, he seemed to be non-existent so we could not reach him/her to provide our feedback.
