Very close to Colorado Springs area.
Not worth the money. Remodel was nothing like in pictures. Old section of resort. No amenities or resort perks but still charged a fee. Without the shuttles and pools just stay offsite and dive in. The room was very clean but not worth the extra cost.
The room was updated and clean as everything seemed brand new. I really enjoyed the toiletry items in the room.
There were bugs! I found live ants, flying bugs, bugs that looked like mosquitos...if it was once or twice, I would understand (I live in Florida and know there are bugs), but it was about four or five times I could live bugs!!!
The pool was beautiful, the customer service was great.
Rooms need to be updated, room service knocks very early in the morning, parking is far if your on the opposite side of the hotel
The king size bed was amazing.
They need to work on who can park in the self parking lot. Cars without any documentation where parking there. Not enough spaces. They did leave letters on the cars telling them that they will need to move there cars or it will be towed. However, the cars never moved and there where our whole stay.
Good location friendly staff
Parking is not included in the rate. The hotel itself is not a 4 star hotel with rooms exiting open gallerias very Motel 6 or Super 8 style.
Proximity to Disney Springs cant be beat and very reasonably priced.
The resort fees are among the highest and you receive nothing for them if you dont use the pool.
This resort fee business and it being used to jack the price of your room once you’re committed along with the mandatory parking fee basically made the room no better than the other superior hotels. Once you added in their “fees” it was no cheaper than any other hotel. And what was I supposed to do once I’m there? Refuse it and sleep on the street. It’s a fun to your head con job that all these hotels play. These extra fees are outrageous and a pick pocketing of your wallet. But this hotel was the worst. Their fees increased my room rate by 50% when I was done. Never again.
Location and staff superb, decor was sad
The hotel staff makes the first and last impression, and everyone from the desk staff to housekeeping was so friendly and accessible. The rates were reasonable, and they offered free busses to the Disney Parks. And the pool and it’s staff was perfect on a hot day.
Having stayed at the Wyndham part of this hotel last year, we were really looking forward to returning. However, the Wyndham Garden featured hard beds and brown-yellow walls that made us feel like we were in a cheap apartment on the South Side of Chicago.
Location excellent and staff very friendly and helpful
Air conditioning needs updating. Room would not cool down below 74 degrees.
Clean rooms and good beds. Walking distance to Disney Springs
You have to pay $15 a night to park your car.
The only good part of this hotel is the location.
The price for the hotel looks good in theory. Advertised for $110.00 which is really good for a hotel in that location. But a resort fee for that place. That place is not a resort. A motel at best. Garbage. And I did not appreciate house keeping banging on the door at 8AM to clean my room. And when I informed her I didn't want anything she then returned at 10AM to ask me again if I wanted to my room cleaned. Based on the resort fee for that place, old worn down small motel, and house keeping waking me up twice, I couldn't get a well night rest. I will not be returning to this motel ever. Or recommending it to anyone.
