Location. Walking distance to casinos and the beaches at Tahoe.
Small room, run down overall. For the money spent ($130 a night), a very poor value for the money. I know it's high season in Tahoe, so rooms are expensive and at $130 a night, compared to rates at other motels near by, this was less expensive, but I got the feeling that because of the location, the owners here don't have to work very hard to sell out. It shows.
