好評：The bed was comfortable. Honestly that was the only positive thing about my stay.
負評：Siding was falling off the building. The pool was closed even though I was told when I called ahead that it would be open. The second day I was there, the "fitness center"(a treadmill, stationary bike and a few hand weights) was closed for maintenance. Lobby was visibly dirty upon entry and smelled funny. The tub filled with 4 inches of water and wouldn't drain after a 10 minute shower. I left and came back to find water still in the tub(it took an hour to drain). The toilet didn't flush well at all and upon investigating, I found that the tank was only filling halfway so as to use 'less water' but that meant it had to be flushed multiple times. The hotel advertises a "restaurant" but it was nothing more than a small dirty bar that had very few menu options and what they had was overpriced. When I checked out, I asked for a receipt of all the expenses as they didn't automatically provide me with one. I am accustomed to getting a bill/receipt from the other Wyndham brand hotels I have stayed at. The desk clerk flat out refused to provide that because I had "pre-paid". I explained that I had booked the room on my personal credit card but needed the bill for reimbursement from my company. Again, the desk staff flat out refused. As I walked away and turned the corner I could actually hear them laughing at me and mocking me over the request. I will never be back to this location again and I sincerely hope that they somehow lose their ability to carry the Wyndham brand.
