Location and the space of the room, for a good price.
Toilet didn't flush all the time, and the shower was set up kinda funny.
Staff very friendly and rooms big like your own apartment
The staff were amazing - in particular one lady who went above and beyond to help us! She saved the day. the room was huge and very comfortable.
If anything... you are allowed to smoke in the hallways in designated smoking areas. one happened to be outside our room. but we only smelt it once. but its a pretty minor problem in the scheme of things.
The hotel is really nice and very cosy - my room was very comfortable, with a bath tube and a high ceiling with beams which gave the room a medieval touch)))) I also liked the breakfast served dowstairs and especiallyy the man who served it - it's so nice to see someone who is so friendy and cheerful in the morning!! The other members of the hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is great - I had no problems achieving my places of interest and railway station by foot. Thank you!!!!
The location was great. Also instead of a simple hotel room, we got a sleeping room and a living room which was great.
Both days there was no bread left on the breakfast buffet when we got there.
Very helpful and polite staff. Breakfast was verry good. In the very centre of the town.
The hotel is located in a convenient location. The price includes everything. The space of the appartments is quite reasonable with a good bathroom. No idea though why this hotel was 'so good' 10 years ago to warrant royal visits- its really not very special.
The staff are not very friendly and don't speak any foreign languages. They didn't recognize me after 5 days in the hotel and generally are of no assistance. The value for money is questionable as the facilities of the appartment are not exactly top notch. The appartments can be noisy with a bar and workshop around the corner.
Wonderful ambience and old world charm.Very convenient for the square and railway station.
its convenience for visiting the town centre, breakfasts were better than excellent, staff very helpful, stayed in the annex which gave us spacious rooms and was away from other guests and therefore quiet, the rooms were also lovely and warm
the road outside was a bit noisy in the mornings and evening but didnt keep us awake
Everything, well done! Staff were really nice and very helpful.
