Breakfast area - Shown to a table that was not laid up but dirty then had to stand and wait until waitress cleared cleaned and re-laid. Bits of food below by our feet. Breakfast buffet lovely except cooked breakfast, dissappointing in lack of choice of egg and most food only warm, scrambled eggs cold.

缺點: 入住混合宿22人房，遇見一位穿着貼身白色四角褲走來走去的男士，實在是很傷眼睛。其餘的都很好。

優點: I try to stay at this hotel every time that I am in London on business because for me it is a perfect location for work and for visiting the theatres of central London. Some good restaurants nearby, especially the burgers at the Steam Engine pub just behind the hotel. Apples at reception are a nice touch and the staff I have always found very pleasant and helpful.

優點: I try to stay at this hotel every time that I am in London on business because for me it is a perfect location for work and for visiting the theatres of central London. Some good restaurants nearby, especially the burgers at the Steam Engine pub just behind the hotel. Apples at reception are a nice touch and the staff I have always found very pleasant and helpful.
缺點: On a couple of visits I have found the rooms to be cold even with the heating switched to maximum and left on all night. The grouting in the shower and the sealant could do with replacing in some rooms to make the shower appear clean and fresh.

優點: Nothing, Awful customer service
缺點: They should have given me a refund. I was in a hurry to book a hotel before work for the next week and didnt read the terms and conditions. Once I realised I had booked the wrong week I informed them of my mistake, only to be told that I would not get any of my £212 refunded. This was over a week in advance of my check in date which would have given the hotel ample time to fill the room. I was not offered any reduced amount of money back. The ryanair of hotels.

缺點: We only had one towel in the bathroom although we were a couple, only to find out that the second towel was apparently in a drawer in the room upon checking out. No one told us about it upon checking in. Then a fire alarm went off during the night. No one communicated with us whilst standing in the foyer for 45 minutes, not the staff nor the fire officers ... All of a sudden everyone just moved back to the rooms, surely we should have been advised what caused it and told everything is fine, you can go back now and sorry for the inconvenience? Otherwise it was clean and the location good.
