Worse Experience Ever with a Company Who Doesn't T
Did not like nothing
I made this booking yesterday through your website as the prices outlined seem very attractive than booking direct from Travelodge. Soon as I tried to check-in, the receptionist could not find the booking and advised to call the "third party company" as Travelodge staff are not "obligated to chase it up". After speaking to one of your agents I was put on hold for 20 minutes while he contacted the hotel. While I waited by the entrance the staff could not care less if I was ok and carried on seeing other guests. Once I was finally "put on the system" I was able to check-in after 30 minutes of being at the hotel. I have now found out that I was charged £42.90 for calling your call centre for assistance. As you would agree and appreciate, no guest should be made to go through such a bad experience. I therefore ask you for a reimbursement of the call charge and some sort of compensation. This is my first time booking a room through you and strongly believe I would not be using your services anymore.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel is about if a trek from Westfield and the tube, but no more than 10 minutes away.
