優點： Friendly staff, especially at drop-off. Phone service staff helpful and able to assist when needed.
缺點： Staff at pick-up insisted that there was no way to avoid tolls to leave the city and suggested $20 toll tag would reduce costs - Google maps easily found way to avoid tolls, and phone-staff were happy to reimburse for cost of unnecessary tag. Counter staff pushy (as expected) to take up insurance.

Overcharged and speedometer didn't work
優點： The woman at the front desk in Queens was very nice and friendly.
缺點： I was charged $109 even though it was supposed to be $68 when I booked the car. Also, the speedometer didn't work at all, showing wildly different speeds, which is quite dangerous.

優點： The whole process went smoothly, easy to pick up and drop off. Good selection of cars to choose from.
缺點： Customer service left something to be desired, unfriendly staff at Las Vegas and at LAX. Couldn't get the kiosks to work with my booking. A lot of upselling on extras that I didn't need!
