Hired a 4x4, got a 2wd. Absolutely shocked.
優點： I specifically hired a 4x4 as I was heading to the mountains to ski. I received a jeep Suv that appears to be a 4x4, but was in fact only 2wd. It was also on cheap aftermarket tyres. The vehicle was utterly incapable and could not even make it up an icy road to the accommodation, and later got stuck in a hotel car park. The pick up was delayed by an hour while i waited around too. I am awaiting a compete refund for this booking.
缺點： Being given a 2wd when I specifically ordered a 4x4
