we have used a few hotels in bournemouth , but this is the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed at , the staff were exellent and we will definitley stay again owen & carol emmott
everythin was brilliant
Friendly staff and nice room, bar and general comfortable feel to the hotel
the resteraunt was very good
there was a party in main dining area on saturday evening which finished at 1am we was not informed of this until our arrival.if i had known this i would have booked another hotel.as this was below my room.
Staff very friendly and helpful
Room was cold and damp on arrival - corrected with an additional heater
The girls on reception were very friendly and next morning when I asked directions to a particular shop, they looked it up on the computer and gave me the postal code so I could drive there to the nearest parking place. They were helpful and friendly, welcoming makes a difference. The young lady working in the bar the night before was also very friendly and accommodating
I felt that the room was very cold when we entered, and I was cold during the night. The pillows were very uncomfortable and so was the bed. The meal in the restaurant was good but when I asked for olive oil and balsamic vinegar for my salad I was given white vinegar and red wine vinegar, the waiter did not know what was what. And how I hate making a fuss but felt I very uncomfortable with the couple opposite me looking as though (who does she think she is) it was only olive oil and vinegar. My glass of wine was forgotten for my meal and by the time it was realized it was too late as I did not wish to drink a glass of wine quickly.
Good pool area, excellent staff with absolutely superb service.
Room was a touch small.
The lighting in the room was gloomy. The absence of a desk lamp is off- putting to the proffessional visitor who wishes to work on papers.
Excellent breckfast selection. Helpful staff. Ideal location.
Shower- broken shower head.
stayed at hotel to see a show at the bic center the meal times ment that we could not eat at the hotel.also when we returned from the show there was some sort of do going on so could not even get a bar meal and near impossible to get a drink
The swimming facilities
Took along time to be let in late at night
