Pillows were soft and comfortable/fluffy. The room was very well-equipped with a mini range/oven & full kitchen. We were surprised by the clean dishes in the cabinets and the size of the fridge/freezer. The a/c worked very well as did the outlets
No comfortable blankets & the front staff isn't the friendliest or most welcoming.

It was pretty much what I was looking for -- good location, reasonable price. I was very pleased with my stay there.
Misleading after-stay e-mail surveys that claim there are only 4 questions, but don't tell you they have multiple parts to each question. :-)
