優點： To check in took so long . I could have used the automated check in but my code was not recognised. Travelling as a couple we were given separate seats .The staff did not even see fit to even tell us.Poor meals. the cabin crew looked harassed.

缺點： Send emails reminders to offer web check in.

Delayed by over an hour due to maintenance

缺點： Delayed by an hour due to inbound delay, causing a knock-on delay with plane maintenance. While fairly comfortably seated and offered water, this still was somewhat unpleasant especially after a long-haul from Havana

優點： On time

缺點： SEAT was not confortable

Denied boarding

優點： Not a lot.

缺點： Arriving at the gate whilst the flight was still boarding, with a boarding pass in my hand, and being told that my seat had been given to someone else because the Airline unilaterally decided that my connecting flight from Bogotá would not arrive in time. Followed by two hours of Iberia staff being surly, not looking me in they eye and doing absolutely nothing about getting me home. I have now been travelling for nearly 30 hours without sleep, am stuck in Madrid with no certainty of when or how I will get home or see my luggage again, and am seriously seriously pissed off. I do accept that things can sometimes go wrong and that it is nobody’s fault. This is definitely somebody’s fault.

A bit delayed but otherwise a smooth service

優點： Speed of boarding and disembarking. Comfortable seats.

Chaotic boarding for starters

優點： We arrived on time!

缺點： Checking in and dropping off luggage was a nightmare... There was no one at the check in desks indicated on the screens or the check in terminals. Eventually I found a desk at a different location that would take my bag. Boarding was chaotic, no lines, just a crowd blocking access. Even passengers with small children couldn't get through. Space between seats was minimal. Crew was ordering passengers to take headphones off during security demo. I understand it is important to be attentive, but ultimately you shouldn't be forced to.

缺點： There was no water in business class toilets. The staff are not polite.

缺點： The flight circling for 1 hour leaving our connecting flight cancelled and forcing us to stay in Madrid for 24 Hours and the Iberia staff being rude and unhelpful left us in the airport for 6 Hours before offering us a hotel and coming back the next day to do 2 flights instead of a direct flight

缺點： One of the cabin crew had a attitude problem, very much a bull in china shop. Very disappointed. She threw a pillow someone had dropped at the seat between my partner and I. Kept on bargain past me and kept on knocking my arm while I was seated

優點： Good, quick flight!

缺點： Being told that we could not bring cabin luggage on board with us when there were empty seats and luggage space around us.

If we are running very late just tell us!

優點： The screens on a dozen seats just failed a few hours in - engineering issue. And breakfast was a cold pretzel. Food gets let’s generous on BA all the time. The crew were lovely.

缺點： A 2330 Flight ran significantly late with a passenger delay and then de-icing. The repeated assurances of “a 10 minute or so delay” were obviously not correct. Takeoff close to 0100 was followed by drinks AND then food - my vote would be neither. Please oh please just let us sleep.

Lost bag and broken stroller

缺點： Iberia lost one of our bags and also broke our stroller

This time I knew the departure gate

優點： Check-in was good, no queues. I arrived about four hours before scheduled departure time and check-in had been open already for an hour. In Mexico City Airport I had missed a flight three days earlier as I'd been observing the departure screens and they'd failed to update the status of my aircraft: this time I was informed of the gate at check-in. Flight was on time and didn't do anything scary. I was lucky as my neighbour found another free seat so left me with more room.

缺點： I've found Iberia to be uncaring. This flight was much the same. The food and drink service was cheap, and I felt the attendants didn't feel like they had to try to give good service. The new entertainment screens kept coming on, and I kept turning them off as I wished to sleep. Eventually I discovered they were being triggered by the electrostatic charge on the pillows that I was rearranging.

Squeezed like sardines in a tin

優點： Airbus 320

缺點： Boarding process and pitiful legroom space . Iberia clearly loves showing the privileged few who have paid top dollars to be at the front , that we must be made to wait and struggle to get to our seats .Then, we have to squeeze into a tiny , pitiful space of a seat .....Even Ryanair does better !

Review flight JFK to Charlotte

優點： That we at least got some water

缺點： The gate changes, the late start, bad or no info or help from front desk or onboard personnel regarding your connections

缺點： Confusion at boarding gate with different groups being called with no clarity - overpriced for 1 way Trip

缺點： Slow service by the flight attendants; poorly stocked food options. perhaps it’s a European thing with budget airlines but to pay for water is unacceptable.

An organisational failure

優點： Nothing stood out.

缺點： Late. Ineffective boarding - announcement said we would board by row, but actual boarding was by mass crowding, with no attempt by crew to improve matters. No recognition of dwindling baggage storage space meant that I had to cram my suitcase under the seat, and spend the 2.5 hour flight with my legs jammed against it.

Terrible Customer Service

缺點： Delayed flight, no AC, no food service (even to purchase)

優點： Flights were on time

缺點： Business class service, there were no pre flight drinks served. There was no entertainment.

Flight Attendant made everything terrible! Never fly BA again.

優點： Flight time and efficiency was fine.

缺點： BA doesn't give food. Must purchase... No problem!! BA doesn't accept USA or China CC or debit. I was starving! After using on earlier flight, I knew I could use Apple Pay. Old, dumb, inconsiderate, rude flight attendant wouldn't even attempt trying alternative payment. She humiliated me. I was uncomfortable, embarrassed, hungry, and furious the entire flight. Never ever again! British Airways is incompetent!

No emerald status recognition

優點： We didn't crash.

缺點： No priority lane for frequent flyers at MAD, no lounge at IBZ to use if your return is on BA (thought that was the same company?) Rude employees. Flight still not credited to AA 6 months later.

優點： The ease at putting my luggage in..

缺點： The prices of the food and drinks!! Ripped off!!

優點： The fly was on time

Average, very poor food

優點： 747 has smaller cabins so even economy doesn't feel like cattle class.

缺點： Standard food choices poor, chicken ran out after 5 rows. Mushroom risotto unrecognizable. Worth paying for an upgraded meal. Drinks service woeful, only 1 or 2 at seat services on 9.5 hour flight.

Terrible customer service

缺點： We missed it bcoz of bad weather at Dubrovnik. When we reached Rome after like 10 hrs from the scheduled time, we were offered another flight to Budapest the following day i.e.24th oct. however we couldn't take it as it was reaching much later in the day and we would have missed another of our scheduled flights to back home. The staff were unhelpful when we asked for a flight the same day. Hence we had no choice but to book another flight to Budapest the same night at an additional cost. Hence we would like to get a refund for the Rome Budapest flight which we missed coz of no fault of ours

Terrible experience

優點： Nothing really

缺點： Flight moved to split due to bad weather at Dubrovnik. No one at split was there to answer our questions. We missed our connecting flight from Rome to Budapest coz of the delay. Further our baggage was sent to Budapest when we clearly told them we missed our connecting flight and hence baggage should be sent to Rome.

Middle seat between two fat people

缺點： Assigned middle seat away from my friend who was also assigned a middle seat. Overweight sprawler on either side made for incredibly uncomfortable flight.

It was late the boarding

優點： Nothing I would not fly again with Iberia

缺點： the boarding was terrible, the let us in into the both doors and it was a complete mess. Both flights going and returning to Frankfurt were terrible
