Almost everything was great. The facilities, the services, the food were all excellent, and the staff and city people were nice and friendly.

The staff, food, rooms and location were amazing! The staff Vana went above and beyond making our 1 week wedding anniversary as romantic as possible. Mike and Lucas made sure dinners were amazing and we always had a great spot in the restaurant.

Its hard to control the sewer odor from the bathrooms

Breakfast served to our balcony each morning was a highlight. The view of the caldera was spectacular. The staff also bent over backwards to assist us with dinner reservations, tours, transportation and directions (by drawing scaled maps to each location).

Best place to stay in Oia. The property has amazing views and facilities are so worth it. The rooms are so comfortable but it’s the team working at Andronis that make your stay there like no other.

We’ve traveled around the world and stayed at the most luxurious places, but Andronis Luxury Suites equals, if not surpasses, any of our stays thus far. Everything from the staff, Suites, food, views, and accommodations were exceptional, and we certainly plan to return.

Bit of a walk from the main road but only few minutes away, worth it to be on the caldera with gorgeous views of the water.

Breakfast in the room was excellent, everything about the service was perfect and the location was superb

The TV channels were poor this is the only thing i can find to criticise. It would have been nice to have a film channel to relax watching after an evening out

Everything - from the reception to the check in to the warm welcome, the hotel is special because of its outstanding staff, beautiful location, unique setup, spectacular suites, great food service and wonderful concierge service. We would stay here again and nowhere else if we came back to Oia.

Everything was amazing!!! The staff was so helpful and friendly. The location is perfect. Breakfast is brought to your room every morning. Beds are comfortable. Best view! What else can I say....it was the highlight of our vacation!!

Everything. The staff are so wonderful, and so helpful & detailed from pre-arrival, arrival (taxi called them ahead and so the staff waited for us to collect our luggage and guide us to the hotel), during our stay no ask was too big or too little, the concierge can book you anywhere and do anything for their guests, to departure which was so sad! They really over deliver- you get what you pay for here, the service and facilities are immaculate. The view is incredible, it will take your breath away, as is the pool and entire hotel basically. Our room had an amazing separate private terrace with mini pool/hot tub overlooking the cliff and we had breakfast here every morning - this was the most indulgent and luxurious experience ever. The breakfast food is amazing and 100% worth getting included. There really are no words to describe how much we loved our stay here. It will be a highlight forever.. it is unforgettable. And worth it!

I left my clothes in mess on the sofa when i left the room in the morning. However, when i was back my room was cleaned , but my clothes were still in the same muddle position. I was a bit disappointed regarding this.

Stayed at Andronis for my birthday. We were upgraded to faboulous villa with a private swimming pool and views to die for. Excellent customer service, fantastic food! Loved every minute of it.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and always smiling. The hotel was beautiful and our suite was perfect. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. Cannot fault it

The only thing I can think of is that our coffee was always a little cold when it arrived with our breakfast. But that is literally the only thing which is very minor

Definetly, santorini it is an amazing destination. The hotel is very good located at Oia. The breakfast is delicious and complete. The coctel of Dimitri (barman) are super amazing. There are TWO ...

the path to access the pool it is no properly close to the persons who walk in santorini, other hotels have a small door like mentioning it is a private area or something It is super expensive.

Great location in he centre of Oia, restaurants are all walking distance. Great infinity pool with a fantastic view of the caldera with complimentary water and ice cream/sorbet.

Not very much. The Croque Monsieur left a little to be desired...
