This small, one-star hotel was in an excellent location for options to public transit, and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, especially helpful were Martine, Amani, and Doria. While it is an older facility, my double room used as a single was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also a good size and there was plenty of hot water. The breakfast is an additional cost but a fair value. The hotel is around the corner from the Tourist Office, which was also a convenience. A nice park is across the street. The lovely Place des Corp Saint is down the street and has a selection of moderately priced restaurants and cafes. I found the hotel overall an excellent value for a budget traveler. Free wifi.
very helpful and accommodating staff . I would especially like to thank Amani who helped us with boarding passes for our flight.
the fact that we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs to the room , although we needed the exercise !
The hotel staff are helpful and friendly. Our simple but charming room had a view over the park and church tower. The bathroom was modern and spotless. The hotel is quiet, yet central and located close to rail and bus stations.
The hotel was in the centre and it was easy to get to good restaurants and bars. We used it on our way to the South of France and it was a good overnight stop. We will definately use it again. Thank you for a good stay.
We were told we could have a parking space but on arrival we realised there weren't any.
This was central- easy to walk to everything, but very quiet at night because it's right next to a garden or park. The room was clean and comfortable. The woman was friendly and helpful about parking.
There is a system for getting into the road with your car- usually it's blocked off, but when you arrive you park right across the pavement while you press a button and hope the hotelier is there to make the bollard disappear so you can drive in. It's a bit tricky, and when we were leaving and wanting to get the car in to pick up the luggage, apparently she didnt hear me pressing the button so wouldnt open...not quite sure what was going on.
Room was renovated and cleaned well.
Breakfast was good, but after 9h30, almost all the food was finished and there was no choice to eat.
Overall, clean and neat. Friendly and efficient manager. Great location, Quiet during the night.
It was v.central to the main road and the historical monuments
Other than location, a very poor hotel indeed. The rooms had walls that may as well have been curtains instead that seperated you from your fellow "boarding room" fellows. As a result you could not spend any time in the hotel since u couldn't even walk around without disturbing anyone - definitely not worth it
Basic but clean, quiet, very well located and friendly staff. Though difficult to find the hotel has its own parking space, very helpful in a city like Avignon.
With a stay at Hôtel Les Corps Saints in Avignon (Avignon City Centre), you'll be within a 15-minute walk of Palais des Papes and Rue de la Republique. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.
