Could do better
Staff were very nice and welcoming. Good views at the back of the hotel of the Bay Bridge.
We were in room211 opposite the life so very noisey at times. No real natural light in the room as the windows faced into an internal small square to the roof which also had noise from ducting. The pillows on the bed smelt and we asked for them to be changed, plus as there were only three we requested a fourth pillow. The pillows were changed but still only three and a second request for the fourth pillow was not addressed, only a small thing but should have been rectified. We were there for two nights and were woken at around 04:00 with noise in the corridor which sounded like cleaning and also from above. If this was a chain hotel in the U.K. they would have refunded the cost of our stay under the good nights sleep guarantee. Overall not a restful stay.
